The 2025 Award Recipients will be introduced at the RockIT Women’s annual Women in Tech Awards on October 21st & 22nd, 2025.
ABOUT THE AWARDS:
The reviewing panel will consist of qualified individuals from outside the Kentuckiana area to help remove bias in the selection process. Paid conference staff and Award Selection Committee members may not be considered for an award.

This award recognizes a woman who demonstrates outstanding resilience and determination in the technology field. She makes significant contributions to her organization or community, inspires others through her leadership and actions, and actively supports the advancement and inclusion of women and underrepresented groups in technology.
