Tonya Quarles has spent 20 years in the technology industry and is currently the Vice President of the Workforce Solutions Group. WSG enables Dell Technologies’ largest customers to create a modern client experience in this new work / learn from anywhere environment. A strong and passionate leader, Tonya is committed to leading with a winning culture and has a proven ability to build, develop and manage high performing teams. She has led teams in the both the corporate and public segments at Dell, bringing the breadth of the Dell Technologies portfolio to customers. She also served as the Chief of Staff to the COO, providing Tonya with an intimate view of the company’s day-to-day business operations and the shaping of the strategic agenda.
