A 26-year corporate trailblazer, weaving innovation into business mastery across sectors from High-Tech to Non-profit. With Microsoft for over 11 years, she's a Customer Success Leader focused on Manufacturing and Mobility industry transformations.

Fearlessly fostering diversity and inclusion, she's the immediate past Chair of Black at Microsoft, Great Lakes; a director on two nonprofit boards: the Sujeeth Foundation and the Board for her local PBS and NPR affiliate station; a 26-year member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated; and founder of the people project corporation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

From Rolls-Royce Aerospace to Delphi Automotive to Microsoft, Stefani's dynamic journey fuels her sought-after speaker presence. She is a member of the Indiana DiversIT Women's Speakers Bureau. A creative tech-geek by trade, but an intuitive communicator and storyteller at heart, she holds a PR-focused BA in Communications from Indiana University.
