Shermiah Holland

Shermiah Holland is a serial entrepreneur, business strategist, innovator, and transformational leader.

She is the Chief Information Officer and Co-founder of EnVue Healthcare where she spearheads technical innovations to close the gap of access to quality care and ensure healthcare is inclusive and specialized based upon the patient needs. In 2025, she started a consultancy firm (Holland Consultancy) were she serves as a business coach and strategist helping organizations and people with leadership assessment and development, business scalability, financial management, operations, and the adoption of advance technologies.

Her background in healthcare, business, and tech has allowed her to deliver technology to rural healthcare communities and trusted partnerships in the tribal communities across the United States. She is the owner of the Peach Cobbler Factory in Lexington KY., Louisville KY., and, Houston TX. She has contributed to the growth of the franchise from 2 stores in 2022 to 150 stores open across the country with 250 additional stores committed.

She is a Certified Project Manager (PMP), program director, software developer, and business strategist. She has a deep knowledge in building businesses across various industries. She holds a BS in Computer Science, a BS in Mathematical Economics, and a BS in Biology from the University of Kentucky. She obtained her MBA, MSBA, and license in Franchise Management and Distilled Spirits from the University of Louisville, and a Healthcare Management certification from Cornell University. She embarked on the entrepreneurial journey to uplift the economy for various communities starting in her home state. She is a beacon for women in technology and business and enjoys curating high performing teams to align and implement vision, mission, and values of business. She is a mentor to women in STEM, business, and innovators.
