A key strategic contributor to company-wide initiatives, Sandy has built various teams from the ground up including the Marketing organization, and the Partner Development organization, both which she continues to lead. She has designed a platform to stratify a complex partner ecosystem and identify the next round of strategic partnerships to take Trace3 to $3B in revenue.
As employee number 30 of what is a 1,200 employee organization, Sandy has helped shape the brand and culture of the company through her conception of experiences like:

Her brand design efforts include the successful triple brand consolidation with Data strategy and Optio, and, most recently, the newest brand integration initiative with Groupware Technology.
In addition to brand impact, she has been very successful in identifying various sources of capital infusion that have yielded millions of dollars of external investment for the company over the years.
