Rosalynn King brings 30 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning her career as a Database and Systems Administrator at IBM in the Enterprise IT Services space. Her breadth and depth of expertise span mainframe and midrange computing, data modeling, business data analysis, data warehousing, metadata management, data quality, master data management, and data governance across multiple domains.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Grambling State University and a Master of Business from Xavier University. She is a 2024 graduate of the University of Kentucky Women’s Executive Leadership Development (WELD) program.

Currently serving as Manager of Data Management and Quality at the University of Kentucky HealthCare, Kentucky’s No. 1 ranked Academic Medical Center, Rosalynn leads strategic projects focused on data management, platform integration, business intelligence, and analytics. Her work includes curating performance metrics and key performance indicators that drive actionable insights and data-informed decision-making. At the intersection of people, processes, and technology, she manages data as a strategic asset to deliver value-based outcomes.

A strategic powerhouse with a keen eye for clarity and precision, Rosalynn excels in translating operational complexity into crisp, actionable communications. Rosalynn’s leadership style is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and service. A lifelong learner and dedicated mentor, she is committed to equipping others for success. She previously served as an Adjunct Instructor at Kentucky Community & Technical College System and remains actively engaged in her community. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and serves on the board of the Genesis Foundation of Kentucky.
