Lauren Kolodrubetz serves as the Executive Director of the Marketplace Diversity Solutions for TEKsytems where she is responsible for leading the strategy to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across technology. She believes that we can build a better today and tomorrow by working together and leveraging technology and technology careers as a platform for change. She is a sales leader who has helped her teams and customers achieve maximum growth and success through a focus on service, discipline, and thinking outside the box.

She started her career with TEKsystems in Raleigh after graduating Elon University. She has spent the past almost 12 years in many different Sales and Sales Leadership roles. Throughout her career, Inclusion has remained her top core value. In 2021, Lauren had the opportunity to build the first dedicated DEI customer strategy with TEKsystems including offerings, sales approach, and recruiting strategy. She now leads a growing team serving customers and IT professionals.

In 2023, Lauren was recognized by Women We Admire in the Top 50 Women Leaders of Colorado. She has written many thought leadership pieces around access, diversity, and inclusion within technology. She has spoken at in-person and virtual conferences around the U.S. including the Forum for Workplace Inclusion and Grace Hopper Celebration 2023.

After spending her formative years in Maryland and North Carolina, Lauren has spent the past 6 years living in Colorado where she spends her free time at live-music, hiking, skiing, or anywhere outside with her husband, young daughter, and 2 dogs.
