Laura Mattingly is an experienced technology executive and digital transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience driving enterprise modernization across Fortune 500, financial services, healthcare, and global organizations. As Director of Finance Technology Modernization at Humana, Laura leads large-scale technology transformation initiatives, including the company's $88 million Finance Cloud Transformation program, delivering Oracle Cloud Fusion, Coupa, and Kofax solutions while leading cross-functional teams of more than 148 technology professionals.
Throughout her career, Laura has held senior leadership roles including Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, where she successfully managed multimillion-dollar technology portfolios, global business transformation programs, cybersecurity initiatives, and merger and acquisition integrations. Her expertise spans cloud transformation, artificial intelligence and machine learning strategy, enterprise applications, IT governance, data analytics, and organizational leadership.
Laura holds a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology from Bellarmine University and has completed executive education and certifications through MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, Microsoft, and SAFe.
