QSR Automations has an immediate opening for the role of Project Manager. This Project Manager will report directly to the VP of Product Strategy.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who enjoys driving and maintaining best-in-class technology solutions. The primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple projects and product launches with varying levels of complexity.
The Project Manager must do this within scope, to a certain quality, and within time and cost constraints. These factors may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value. Job Summary:
What you’ll be doing:
Work with the VP of Product Strategy on priorities of projects and ensure project management processes are followed.
Work with Product Managers, Sales, & Marketing to establish and manage product launch plans.
Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams including but not limited to business analysts, the development team, the QA team, DevOps, Training & Documentation, and the Support team.
Define and run project team meetings to track progress on project milestones, and to track and resolve issues.
Ability to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, required activities, tasks, and release phases to build out the complete project plan from initiation to project close.
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work plan.
Conducts risk management, issue management, escalation management, scope management, and change management.
Document project work in a timely manner.
Implement a project communication plan & risk mitigation plan.
Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Establish project status reporting to share with all stakeholders.
Ensure that project goals are in line with business objectives and are achieved.
Always promotes and maintains a high standard of customer service.
Understanding of the ever-changing restaurant industry, customers, market, and all financial aspects & metrics for the product line
Required:
10-12 years of experience in project management
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in software development or a technology-related field
A customer service mindset and strong technical aptitude.
Extensive experience managing projects, following a project management methodology, building project plans and launch plans.
Experience leading project team meetings including kickoff, recurring team meetings, and the lessons learned review.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present at all levels within the company, to our customers at all levels, to the development team, and in both small and large group settings
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and champion change
Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Passion for new technology and industry trends
Strong partnership & interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers
Self-starter, energetic, and results-driven individual, able to work independently and be a collaborative team member.
Experience with project management tools.
Expertise in setting and managing customer (internal & external) expectations.
Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment.
Desired:
Experience with innovative technology and services, pushing capabilities beyond the industry pace

What the role is:
Full-time, salaried position
Regular M-F business hours
Based out of our Louisville, Kentucky headquarters.
Work in the office at least 3 days a week.
