In her 28-year career, Jennifer has led the innovative development and implementation of cutting-edge strategies to evolve organizations in response to market changes or anticipation of market trends, respectively. During her tenure at Procter & Gamble, she led the initiative to reimagine procurement and accounting global process and systems, a first in the consumer goods industry. While in the home restoration industry at the peak of the 2006 subprime mortgage crisis, she led the building of a franchise program and directed field teams in 5 states while transforming backend processes and communications with the largest mortgage lenders. During her time in the manufacturing industry at The Timken Company, she led the global SAP process and operations team comprised of business, IT, and executive level stakeholders, which led to increased responsibilities to lead a team of 325 in over 23 countries. When she chose to join TEKsystems her core responsibilities included building a program that would target a very specialized technology and buyer, of tier 1 ERP, and delivery exceptional resources. Her previous experiences with Fortune 500 companies and private enterprise enabled a deep understanding of the IT and business leader’s mindset, and ability to identify and capture opportunity has been the foundation of growth, innovation, and the delivery of exceptional results over her 13 years with TEKsystems. Today Jennifer leads 2 of the fastest growing divisions, Enterprise Applications and Data Analytics, with a sales team of 170+ in North America.
