Fatemeh Khatibloo is a Director of Responsible AI & Technology at Salesforce. She works with product teams to ensure the responsible development and use of Generative AI, and to embed ethics into the broader product design and development process. Fatemeh also works with customers and partners to to help guide their GenAI journey with a focus on trust and responsibility. Formerly, she was a VP & Principal Analyst at Forrester, where se led research on privacy, digital identity, and technology ethics. Her interests focus on enabling innovation while mitigating harm and protecting human and social wellness and dignity.
