July 23rd | Lunch & Learn

The Power of Continuous Learning

In a fast-evolving tech landscape, staying competitive, adaptable, and empowered requires a commitment to lifelong learning. As new tools and innovations reshape the industry, continuous growth ensures women in tech are not just keeping up but leading the way. Embracing lifelong learning also builds resilience—the ability to navigate change, overcome challenges, and thrive amid uncertainty. It’s a powerful strategy to unlock new opportunities, build confidence, and bridge the gender gap in leadership and technical roles. It is never too late to make a pivot and bring transferrable skills to a new role or new career.

This session will feature a dynamic panel of industry experts who will share personal experiences, practical strategies, and insights on how continuous learning has shaped their careers. You’ll hear real stories of how these women successfully pivoted their careers after college, all while balancing marriage, raising children, and staying active in professional and community organizations, or working a side hustle and pursuing a passion.

Whether you’re early in your journey or looking to pivot into a new tech role, this conversation will equip and inspire you.

Lunch will be provided. Come hungry to learn, connect, and grow.

RSVP today—we look forward to seeing you there!
