Barbara Kelly is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive coach with over 35 years of experience building businesses and leading sales growth across multiple industries. She began her entrepreneurial journey while pursuing her Finance degree at Loyola University in Maryland, simultaneously running a promotional marketing business and working in real estate. From there, she launched and scaled Paradigm Services, an IT recruiting and consulting firm, and later co-founded Growth Solutions Team, a management consulting firm serving professional services, medical, legal, and construction companies.

As a Certified Executive Coach, Barbara helps business leaders navigate challenges, strengthen their teams, and drive sustainable profitability. Her passion for relationship-driven sales and organizational growth has allowed her to train, consult, and mentor hundreds of professionals throughout her career.

Barbara is a committed community leader, serving as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (Kentucky Chapter) and sits on the steering committee for Kentucky Kids Belong, a charity that helps kids in the foster care system find their forever homes. She is a member of Rotary, Anderson Christian Church, and the proud parent of three adult children. Barbara and her husband, David live in Anderson County, Kentucky, where she enjoys golf, hiking, and time with their dogs on their farm
